PRX-T33 is based on TCA (trichloroacetic acid), which penetrates the deeper layers of the skin without damaging the outer surface. This allows you to enjoy all the benefits of TCA without any visible signs on the skin. TCA stimulates the skin to produce elastin and collagen, two crucial components that diminish with age as our ability to produce fresh collagen and elastin decreases.
Active Ingredients in the PRX-T33 Peel
PRX-T33 combines TCA (trichloroacetic acid) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to penetrate the dermis, triggering regeneration without harming the epidermis. This advanced formula improves upon traditional TCA peels.
Each molecule of PRX-T33 contains a unique blend of 33% TCA, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and 5% kojic acid, making it less aggressive than pure TCA.
PRX-T33 Procedure
Before the procedure, a Sculpture Aesthetic aesthetician will consult with you to ensure its suitability.
- Preparation: Your skin is cleansed, rinsed, and dried thoroughly.
- Application: Using a manual deep facial massage, 2 ml of the peeling solution is applied per area. This is repeated 2-5 times on each area of the face, neck, and décolletage.
- Absorption: The product is massaged firmly until absorbed, resulting in palpable or visible elasticity.
A course of these peels effectively stimulates fibroblasts and growth factors without causing inflammation or skin damage. PRX-T33 can be performed year-round as it is non-photosensitising and suitable for all skin types.
